We hire for attitude and train for skill. Each of our window cleaning team members are hand picked through a 6:1 hiring process each season. That means that we have to interview a minimum of 6 candidates that already meet the requirements in order to choose one.

Safety is at the forefront of every project. We scope out all angles, objects and ladder placements. We are professionally ladder and harness trained and can handle tough cleaning jobs in tough locations. We are covered under WSIB and hold $3 million in liability insurance. THE FOUNDERS

Daniel Givon
Dan is co-founder of Shine Window and Eaves Cleaning in Toronto. While studying at Concordia University in Montreal, Dan operated the largest Student Painting Business in Eastern Canada, leading him to be asked to start a Window Cleaning division. After just one year, he had grown the business to a half million dollars and satisfied over 1,000 clients. He decided to move into the property management field and eventually the tech field of short term property rentals. He is now investing 100% of his time to grow Shine Windows into the biggest and best cleaning company.
Kendra Bolton
Kendra is co-founder of Shine Window and Eaves Cleaning. After graduating from McGill University in Economics/Finance, she was VP of Student Painters Quebec for 5 years, after which she founded Student Window Cleaners. She has taught and coached university students to run quality businesses for almost a decade. Kendra is a savvy entrepreneur looking to run a tight ship for clients to enjoy easy scheduling and high quality workmanship.


Patrick Watson
Patrick is a young, energetic entrepreneur and recent graduate of Concordia University. In the past, he ran a successful paint contracting franchise with Student Works Painting. Worked at one of the fastest growing tech startups in Montreal, Bus.com (sharethebus.com at the time) as a self-taught web developer. Most recently, he helped to manage the retail department of Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. He is eager to make a name for himself in the Window Cleaning Industry, and is the owner/manager of our Quebec branch, Vitre Soleil.
