He decided to move into the property management field and eventually the tech field of short term property rentals. He is now investing 100% of his time to grow Shine Windows into the biggest and best cleaning company.

Dustin Miller
After graduating from Concordia University, Dustin went on to work in the garment industry, working with suppliers, distributers and buyers of high-end fabrics. It was there that he really honed in on his passion and skill of sales. After deciding that a change of cities and industry was in his future, and after gaining the experience that he needed in sales, customer relationships and employee oversight, he came on as Shine’s Head of Sales.
Since 2020, Dustin is the face of the business when it comes to estimating, project presentations, and leads our canvassing team.
